On March 19, 2021, the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City solemnly held the opening ceremony of the 5th and 11th doctoral training courses and the awarding of diplomas in 2021.

Attending the ceremony, on the side of the School Board, there were Dr. Phan Hong Hai – Principal of the school, Dr. Le Ngoc Son – Director of the Institute of International and Graduate Training, representatives of leaders, lecturers of training units and all new doctoral students of course 5, new students of course 11, new masters in 2021 and especially the presence of students’ parents to attend and share the joy with the new masters.

At the ceremony, Dr. Le Ngoc Son has announced the decision to recognize the 5th doctoral students, 11th class students, the decision to graduate and grant a Master’s degree in 2021.

On behalf of the School, Dr. Phan Hong Hai congratulated 17 new graduate students, term 5 and 127 new students, class 11. In order to continue on their academic path, new graduate students and new students need to work harder. further to absorb the knowledge imparted and guided by professors, associate professors, and doctors who have profound knowledge and experience in scientific research. The school will create the best conditions to help PhD students, students study and research during their study at the university.

Also at the ceremony, PhD student Nguyen Tien Dung – representing the new doctoral students, term 5, gave his thoughts. With the desire to find a prestigious and quality address to improve his professional qualifications, he researched and was really satisfied when choosing IUH as a place to cultivate and practice. He also expressed his impression of the learning environment that IUH provides for PhD students like him. “This is really an ideal environment for us to choose to study and research, helping us to open the door of vast knowledge,” he said.

In order to encourage the spirit of graduate study, Dr. Phan Hong Hai on behalf of the school awarded scholarships to encourage further study at the master’s level to 63 students of course 11. The scholarship is for students who are excellent graduates to continue their studies. Master’s degree program at the school. Also at the ceremony, 05 students of class 07-09 were rewarded by the University for their good achievements in scientific research. IUH is also one of the few training units that spends a huge budget on scholarships and rewards for graduate training programs every year.
