In order to improve capacity, and the quality of customer care services in international and postgraduate training, on the morning of May 12, 2022, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with LKIC Center to organize training courses on customer care and service.
Attending the opening ceremony of the training class, on the side of LKIC Center was Mr. Jin Dong Hyun – Project Manager, Mr. Been Jae Man – Project Coordinator; On the IUH side there was Dr. Lê Ngọc Sơn – Director of The Institute of International & Postgraduate Training Management, Dr. Châu Minh Quang – Deputy Director of the Institute of International & Postgraduate Training Management, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Châu – Deputy Director of the Center for Student Counseling & Support and experts and lecturers in charge of Postgraduate and International Training of the Faculties/ Institutes.

At the opening ceremony of the training class, Dr. Lê Ngọc Sơn has emphasized: Improving the quality of customer service is very necessary. The quality training program is not enough, the care and service of specific customers who are international and postgraduate students are equally important.” Through this training class, Dr. Lê Ngọc Sơn hopes that students of international and postgraduate training programs will feel most comfortable when using the service and studying at IUH.

The training course will last 02 days (12-13/05/2022), students attending the training class will learn about the contents such as definition of guests and CS, Customer Relations, practice situations to answer questions, resolve customer complaints, … After completing the training course, LKIC Center will issue certificates of course completion to qualified professionals and lecturers.

LKIC (LOTTE – KOICA – IUH) is the first center in Vietnam to be established under the sponsorship of LOTTE Group and the Korea International Cooperation Organization (KOICA) to train professional human resources in the field of services and distribution. The LKIC Center is part of the Comprehensive Development Project of Vietnam’s retail distribution industry between the two governments, and is the result of public-private cooperation between the government (KOICA, Ministry of Industry and Trade) and enterprises (LOTTE), research institute (ReDI).
