ELIGIBILITY

Entry Requirements

To be considered for the Online Exchange Programs must:

• Complete at least one year of full-time study
• Having GPA of at least 2.5 (on 4.0 scale) or equivalent
• Have a letter of nomination from the home institution as required for exchange students

English Proficiency

No English proficiency assessment is required for students who live in an English-speaking country or study in a tertiary institution where the language of instruction is English.

If you are not from an English-speaking country or if the language of instruction at your institution is not English, one of the following requirements is applied:

• IELTS 4.5 or higher; or
• TOEFL (iTP) 450 or higher; or
• TOEIC 450 or higher.

Note: English certificates are valid for two years.

Step 1: Select your courses

You can design your Exchange program by selecting courses from across the extensive range of IUH University’s disciplines, as long as you satisfy the necessary prerequisites based on your academic history at your home institution.

Step 2: Seek nomination by your home institution

You must be nominated by your home institution ( The Nomination Letter).

Step 3: Submit your application

Students applying for online exchange program at IUH are requested to send a soft copy of the following documents via email : ipe@iuh.edu.vn to Institute of International and Postgraduate Education by the corresponding deadlines:

1. IUH application form (download here)
2. 01 copy of passport
3. 01 enrollment certificate issued by home university
4. 01 nomination letter by home institution
5. 01 English Language Certificate

* Students from English native speaking countries or studying in English taught programs in home university do not have to submit English certificate.

Step 4: Payment of registration fees:

All participants are required to pay 50 USD the registration fees in order to participate in the online exchange program. For international participants, registration fees can be paid through Western Union /Direct Transfer.

Payment also can be done using online banking or cash transaction to the treasurer of program:

Please email the our office the transaction slip or receipt once the payment has been made at ipe@iuh.edu.vn

Step 5: Announcement of the admission results

Successful applicants will receive an official IUH offer letter via email. The offer letter will contain important information:

• Admission letters to online exchange programmes at IUH
• General information on study schedules

At the same time, international students will be guided by IUH’s exchange programme cordinator through the next steps.
